The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any other method to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. Any such activity, if detected, will result in permanent account closure.
Users may not harass, intimidate, or abuse other users through the platform. Unauthorized access to or interference with 10w30's systems, servers, or networks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. We reserve the right to monitor all activity on the platform to ensure its proper use.
All financial transactions on 10w30 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the mobile banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals. Every transaction is processed through encrypted channels, keeping your financial information fully secure.
Account verification must be fully completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will not be processed. Deposited funds and bonuses are managed separately, and specific wagering requirements must be met before bonuses can be withdrawn. Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account closure request is processed. Valid balances remaining in a closed account will be refunded subject to verification. The outcome regarding balances in accounts closed due to a breach of Terms will depend on the results of the relevant investigation.
10w30 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform or endeavour to inform users through their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these Terms will first be referred to negotiation for resolution. If negotiation fails to produce a resolution, the matter will be brought before a competent court in Bangladesh. Users are free to seek independent legal advice on any legal questions.
